Kathy Warden has served as the CEO of Northrop Grumman & Chair of the Board of Directors since 2019. She joined the company in 2008 as a Vice President of Cyber & SIGNIT Systems, followed by leading various business segments. She led Cyber Intelligence Division, Information Systems, and Mission Systems before being named President & Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Ms. Warden worked at General Dynamics for nearly a decade.
