Jennifer Rumsey has been the CEO of Cummins since 2022. She joined the company in 2000 as a technical advisor and since then has held a variety of operational and engineering roles, most recently including Vice President & Chief Technical Officer and VP & President of Components Segment. She was named President & Chief Operating Officer in 2021 and Chair of the Board of Director in 2023.
