Gail Boudreaux has served as CEO of Elevance Health since 2017. She is a veteran of the healthcare industry and has held several leadership positions, including CEO of UnitedHealthcare — the largest division of UnitedHealth Group, Executive Vice President of Health Care Service Corporation, and President of its subsidiary – Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois. Earlier, she spent 20 years at Aetna. In 2015, Ms. Boudreaux also started her own healthcare consulting company, GKB Global Health, LLC.
