Michele Buck has served as President & CEO of Hershey since 2017 and became Chair of the Board in 2019. She held several senior leadership roles within the company, including Chief Operating Officer, leading day-to-day North, Central & South American commercial businesses and the Global Supply Chain. Previously, she was President of the North America segment and Global Chief Growth Officer. Before joining Hershey in 2005 as SVP of Marketing, Ms. Buck held numerous marketing positions at Kraft/Nabisco and Frito Lay.
