Vicki Hollub has been the CEO of Occidental Petroleum (Oxy) since 2016. During her 40+ year career at Oxy, she held a variety of management and technical positions on three continents. Most recently, she led a business division as President of Oxy Oil and Gas and led the operations in the U.S., Middle East, and Latin America. She was named President & Chief Operating Officer in 2015.
