Judith Marks became the CEO of Otis Worldwide in 2019 and was named the Chair of the Board of Directors in 2022. Prior to joining Otis in 2017 as President, she served as CEO of Dresser-Rand, a Siemens business, and as CEO of Siemens USA. She also served as Executive Vice President of Global Solutions and President & CEO of Siemens Government Technologies. Previously, Ms. Marks led various business segments at Lockheed Martin and served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.
