Deanna Strable-Soethout became CEO of Principal Financial Group in January 2025. She joined the company in 1990 as an actuarial associate and held several positions over the course of her career at PFP, which spans over three decades. Most recently, she held roles of Senior Vice President, President of U.S. Insurance Solutions, and Chief Financial Officer. She was named President & Chief Operating Officer in 2024.
