Lisa Palmer has been President & CEO of Regency Centers since 2020, adding to 20-plus years at the company where she has spent much of her career. Beginning in 1996 in Investment Services, Ms. Palmer became Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, a position she held for a decade, followed by her tenure as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Regency Centers, she was a financial analyst at General Electric before becoming a consultant at Accenture.
