Heidi Petz has been leading The Sherwin-Williams Company as CEO since January 2024. Her roles in leadership included President of The Americas Group, President & General Manager of Consumer Brands Group, as well as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Petz was named President & Chief Operating Officer in 2022. She brings years of experience in marketing and sales from Target Corporation, Macy’s, and Newell Rubbermaid, among others.
