Kecia Steelman became President & CEO of Ulta Beauty in January 2025. In the 10-plus years she has been with the company, Ms. Steelman has served as President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Store Operations Officer, President of International, and Senior Vice President, Store Operations. Prior to Ulta Beauty, she gained essential management experience at retailers including Family Dollar Stores and The Home Depot.
