New Report Reveals Staggering Gender and Racial Gaps in Massachusetts Education Leadership
In partnership with the Rennie Center for Education Research & Policy, the Women’s Power Gap Campaign of the Eos Foundation reveals never-before-seen data on racial and gender inequities in Massachusetts education leadership. The report, The Power Gap in Massachusetts K-12 Education, reviews 180 Massachusetts school districts with more than 1,500 students, showcasing a multitude of barriers that keep women and people of color from the superintendency.
