Jennifer Parmentier was named CEO of Parker-Hannifin in 2023 and became Chair of the Board in 2024. She joined Parker-Hannifin in 2008 and since then, she has held a variety of operational roles, including General Manager of business divisions, Vice President & President of Engineered Materials Group, and Vice President & President of Motion Systems Group. She was named Chief Operating Officer in 2021.
