Kristin Peck became the CEO of Zoetis in 2020 and has been a member of the company’s executive team since its formation in 2012. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President & Group President, U.S. Operations, Business Development, and Strategy. Earlier, she led the company’s Global Manufacturing and Supply organization and New Product Marketing & Global Market Research. Before Zoetis, Ms. Peck worked at Pfizer as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development and Innovation. Prior to Pfizer, she was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group.
